A LITTLE ABOUT US
We built this because we've lived it.
We're a local Lake Norman family with four kids ranging from preschool to high school, with four nieces and a nephew scattered in between. Which means we've had our fair share of chaotic Christmas Eves surrounded by boxes, instruction manuals, tiny screws, and toys that somehow require 400 steps to assemble.
We've hidden presents in closets, garages, and anywhere else little eyes hopefully wouldn't find them. We've stayed up way too late assembling the “big gift,” only to realize we're missing a screw—or that Step 27 probably should have happened before Step 12. And we've definitely wondered why Santa is getting all the credit. 😉
Somewhere between the Allen wrenches, wrapping paper, and trying to keep the magic alive, we realized: there has to be an easier way.
That's how Holiday Helpers of Lake Norman came to be.
We wanted to create the kind of service we would have loved to have ourselves—local, trustworthy help taking a few of those time-consuming holiday tasks off your plate.
Because with four kids of our own, we know the magic isn't in putting the bike together at midnight.
It's getting to actually enjoy the moment when they see it.
